Presbytery according to October 1873 minutes of Nolin Presbytery.
1888 - Became part of Kentucky Synod (name change from Green River Synod)
1898 - Change in presbyterial lines by Kentucky Synod.
That Owensboro
Presbytery shall include portions of what are now Anderson
and Nolin Presbyteries, and shall embrace the whole of the following
named counties: Henderson, Davies, McLean, Muhlenburg, Ohio, Grayson,
Breckinridge, and Hancock.
Twenty-two churches
from Nolin Presbytery became part of Owensboro Presbytery.
That Logan
Presbytery shall include portions of what are now Davis
and Nolin Presbyteries, and shall embrace the counties of Butler,
Edmondson, Barren, Allen, Warren, Simpson, Logan, and Todd.
Logan Presbytery received Mount Pleasant from
Nolin Presbytery.
That all the other counties in the State
shall be incuded in two Presbyteries, and the line between them
shall be the northerly lines of Hart, Larue, Taylor, Casey, Pulaski,
Rockcastle, Jackson, Owsley, Breathitt, Magoffin, Johnson, and
Martin counties. The Presbytery north of this line shall be known
as Louisville
Presbytery and the Presbytery south of this line as Cumberland
Presbytery.
Two churches in Nolin Presbytery
became part of Cumberland Presbytery: Providence and Forest Home.
Four churches in Nolin Presbytery became part of Louisville
Presbytery: Needham, New Union, Mount Pisgah, and White Mills.
(In 1901, Leitchfield Presbytery was formed from Owensboro Presbytery encompassing much of the area that had been Nolin Presbytery.)

In compliance with an order of Green River Synod, made at the last session of said Synod, the Nolin Presbytery of the Cumberland Presbyterian Church, met with the Freedom Congregation, Breckinridge County, Ky. on Saturday the 12th day of April, 1873, at 11 O'clock A.M.
