DEATH: T. E. Bright, 78, died in Birmingham, Ala., February 7. He had been a pastor 52 years and had served most of his ministry in Alabama CP churches in Cullman, Gadsden, and Birmingham; also the Margaret Hank church in Paducah, Ky. He organized the East Point church, Cullman, and Forest Avenue church, Gadsden. The funeral was at Cullman with Wayne Wiman officiating. Survivors include his wife, Mrs. Grace Bright, two daughters, Mrs. Evelyn Godwin and Mrs. Jeanette Blalock; two sons, Joe Bright and Rev. Talmadge Bright (CP pastor in Metairie, La.)
