We the undersigned to whom was refered the matter in controversy between the Representatives of the Petersburg congregation of the C. P. Church and the Representatives of the New Unity congregation relative to a certain amount of funds now in the hands of Jas. M. Dyer arising from the sale of the Union Grove Campground. Having had the records of the church and other testimony before us, we are unanimously of the opinion the church at Petersburg is the original church organized at Petersburg. That it has not at any time since its first organization lost its identity and as such is justly and legally entitled to the entire amount for which Union Grove Camp ground was sold together with the interest thereon from the date of said sale.
