We recommend that the New Hope Cumberland Presbyterian Church be dropped from the roles of the Cumberland Presbyterian Church, permitting the property to be disposed of in accordance with the provisions made in the deed, and that the stated clerk be instructed by Presbytery to notify the County Clerk of White County that this property is no longer in use as a Cumberland Presbyterian Church and is subject to taxes.
