Garfield, Ky.--It was my pleasure to attend the protracted
meeting at Garfield which has just closed, with splendid results.
It lasted ten days, with Rev. B. T. Watson doing the preaching.
His sermons were full of spiritual instruction for the Christian
and just the kind to convince and convict the unconverted ones
who came to hear him. I have never attended a series of meetings
that did me more good. The visible results were twenty converts,
all of whom united with the church. This is the first protracted
meeting Garfield congregation has had in their new house of worship.
This is a splendid structure, and will be dedicated in the near
future free of debt.--G. W. St. Clair.

when he will be assisted by Rev. B. T. Watson. Mr. Watson conducted
a meeting for this congregation in December, which resulted in
great good.
